Infrakit is the world’s leading execution platform built for construction companies and infrastructure owners. It enables real time management of construction projects by integrating data, heavy machinery and workers, and promotes collaboration between human expertise and AI technologies. Infrakit has helped major infrastructure projects in Finland and in the Nordics, such as the Raidejokeri Helsinki Light Rail, which opened 8 months ahead of schedule, to improve their efficiency and reduce CO2 emissions. Next, we want to bring this same revolution to infrastructure projects around the world.  

We are now looking for an experienced and efficient Customer Success Manager with a deep understanding of the infra sector. As Customer Success Manager you will be part of our Services and Customer Success team and work in close operation with the customers and internal stakeholders, especially Product, R&D and Sales, to ensure successful and efficient infrastructure projects using Infrakit software. You will report to the Director, Services and CS Finland HQ.

Key responsibilities 

• Planning and managing various customer deployment and development projects 

• Coordinating with the project team to ensure project execution in line with set timelines and budgets  

• Planning and facilitating customer trainings and project workshops 

• Building and maintaining long-lasting personal relationships with our customers  

• Proactively solving problems and making decisions that affect and ensure our clients success in their infrastructure projects by using our Infrakit construction cloud platform 

• Preparing and managing project documentation according to organizational standards 

What we expect from you 

• A degree in an infrastructure-related field, for example bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering 

• Over 5 years of work experience in the infrastructure sector, engineering or construction 

• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure BIM models and Common InfraBIM Requirements (YIV) 

• Proven project management skills and demonstrated success in delivery of projects from start to finish 

• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities 

• A passion to make an impact and to drive digitalization  

• Fluent Finnish and good English language skills (company language is English) 

• Valid work permit to work in Finland

How it all began?

Infrakit was born from an idea and a research on Construction Automation implemented in the University of Oulu. We noticed that inefficient and clumsy flow of communication significantly slowed down the project progress and completion. In 2010, we founded Infrakit after solving this very common problem in the infrastructure construction industry.

We created a platform for the digital flow of designs and as-built information throughout all project phases. For this we were – and still are in 2023 – able to eliminate a large amount of delays and errors caused by lack of communication. The biggest thing is that infra-projects implemented together with Infrakit are completed faster.
