Mikael Nenonen on Infrakitin uusi Key Account Manager

Hei kaikki, olen Mikael ja liityin viime kuussa Infrakitiin Key Account Managerina. Tulen edustamaan myyntitiimiämme Suomessa. Nykyisten ja uusien asiakkaiden avustaminen infraprojektien tehokkuuden edistämisessä on yksi tulevaisuuden tavoitteistani.

Viimeisen viiden vuoden aikana olen edustanut Trimbleä ja Leicaa, myydessä muun muassa heidän 3D koneohjausjärjestelmiä, maanmittauslaitteita ja ohjelmistoja. Päätavoitteenani, kuten myös täällä Infrakitilla, on ollut asiakkaiden tehokkuuden edistäminen työmaalla. Nämä ajat auttoivat minua syventämään osaamistani ja tietojani digitaalisesta rakentamisesta ja ymmärtämään infrarakentamisen tulevaisuutta. Uskon, että Infrakit on isossa roolissa infra projektien kansainvälisessä digitalisoimisessa. Työn lisäksi suoritin MBA tutkinnon Metropolian Ammattikorkeakoulusta, josta valmistuin kesällä 2020.

Olen myös maanmittausalan insinööri ja olen työskennellyt alalla eri rakennusprojektien parissa jo useita vuosia. Maanmittaus urani kahden viimeisen vuoden aikana ala itsessään alkoi muuttua digitalisaatiota kohti. Tavallisen maanmittauksen lisäksi, tein töitä myös laserkeilauksen, UAV kartoituksen ja 3D mallinnuksen parissa, lisäksi vastasin eri työmaiden datan hallinnasta. Digitalisaatiossa olemme edenneet paljon, mutta töitä riittää vielä.

Olen Vantaalta kotoisin, mutta nautin matkustamisesta ympäri maailmaa. Löydät minut silloin tällöin golf-kentältä, salilta, laskettelemasta vuorilla tai veneeltäni. Nähdään työmaalla!

Efficient asset maintenance

On case E16 Eggemoen – Olum BIM coordinator Mohammed Ziani says they have four workspaces consisting of two main projects, a side road and an action road. He states that Infrakit has made the interaction between these spaces easier.

“Infrakit makes that connection easier. There are some basic data that belong together in all the workspaces, so I get a simple overview of them. If there is information that must be sent to the intervention road, then it is practical to retrieve files and transfer them to the space that we share with the contractor. “

Real-time data for everyone involved

I asked the site engineer to register all the places in Infrakit with a picture, where the lower asphalt pavement had defects. After a few years when the top asphalt might have defects, it’s easy for me to inspect the site using Infrakit Field app to disassemble the situation that was at this particular location.”

Tampere Tramway is being completed ahead of schedule with savings up to 30 million euros

 

This is a rare sight in bigger construction projects, but it has happened in Tampere. The first phase of the project will be completed ahead of schedule this summer with savings of approximately 30 million euros.

Traffic in the Hatanpää area will start in August earlier than planned. Originally this part of the project was supposed to be completed by the end of this year.

According to Sari Valjus, the project manager of the Tramway Alliance on their press release (in finnish) they will stay about 30 million euros under the target budget. (YLE 16.4.2021.)

Infrakit was used in the project as a handover tool, meaning that all the handover material of the project is compiled on the platform and delivered to the client. As the material is transferred, they go through the sites to be handed over, related documents etc. in Infrakit with the client. Infrakit is also the tool for Development phase 2, which means that initial data for planning, alternatives for track lines etc. are collected there and can be viewed on a mobile phone during field visits.
